Just North of downtown Seattle, this Wallingford home is inspired by its community’s history with Scandinavia. Puzzle pieces being fit together on the steep hill of this skinny lot was the primary building block for the sleek and nuanced use of Scandinavian design. Slated wood siding brought soft natural material to an established and dense neighborhood. Floor-to-ceiling windows and doors create a backdrop of the city and its beautiful bridges.
